Michael Maresca is our newest wiring technician at Dedicated Panel Building. As a graduate of Porter and Chester Institute he is working towards a career as an electrical professional. He prefer the manufacturing side of controls.

Michael brings a strong foundation in electrical manufacturing and panel assembly to Dedicated Panel Building. Prior to joining the team, he worked at POWR2 in Connecticut, where he developed hands-on experience with electrical systems, production workflows, and quality-focused manufacturing. Known for his attention to detail and consistent work ethic, Michael plays an important role in ensuring panels are built accurately, efficiently, and in line with both customer requirements and industry standards. He has proven to be a valuable addition to the Dedicated Panel Building team, consistently bringing thoughtful ideas and practical insight to improve workflows and production efficiency. He has a natural ability to identify opportunities for streamlining processes, reducing waste, and enhancing overall build quality, all while maintaining a strong focus on reliability and consistency. His proactive mindset and willingness to contribute innovative solutions help drive continuous improvement across the shop, making a meaningful impact on both team performance and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, Michael has a passion for strategy and immersive gaming, particularly enjoying the tabletop universe of Warhammer as well as a wide range of video games. These interests reflect his analytical mindset and appreciation for complex systems—qualities that naturally carry over into his professional approach to problem-solving and precision-driven work.
