Griffin Pisko
Griffin Pisko is a skilled wiring technician at Dedicated Panel Building and an early-career electrical professional in his 4th year as an apprentice. His primary focus is Controls, where he is known for efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong curiosity for understanding not just how systems work, but why they work.
As a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute, Griffin brings a solid technical foundation to the team. Due to his hands-on experience in commercial new construction projects and remodels, consisting of photovoltaic, low voltage, fire alarm, and lightning control systems, Griffin continuously demonstrates the “will & skill” that is essential for ongoing development. Furthermore, Griffin separates himself from the herd with his familiarity and intrinsic fascination with ladder logic, industrial motor controls, and PLCs. Previously employed with NIC Systems as a Control Panel Builder, he brings immense value to the Dedicated team.
Although he considers himself to be relatively simple, Griffin enjoys systematic, detail-oriented work that challenges him to internalize processes rather than simply memorize them. Nonetheless, when he is not enthralled with professional development Griffin can be found surrounded by his family or enjoying his favorite hobby, fishing. He is a dependable, punctual team player who thrives on troubleshooting and diagnostics, and he approaches each task with a future-oriented mindset. Motivated by long-term personal goals, he believes that disciplined effort and thoughtful planning in the present are essential to building the life he envisions ahead.
